CARDAMOM
When I hear the name Cardamom the first thing that comes to my mind is a hot cup a Tea with a aroma of cardamom....But other than just adding aroma to the food this "Queen of spices " is having a huge range of medicinal benefits... Found predominantly in Indian cuisine and used in Ayurvedic medicine, the ancient Greeks and Roman appreciated this spice as well.
